Want to get a workout in and stay in shape but strapped for time?  Try this 20 minute workout 3 times a week to have your body looking tight & cinched yet perky in all of the right places! 

What you’ll need:  

Yoga Mat
Small Towel
Water Bottle

The Workout:

10 Jumping Jacks
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Reverse Lunges (per leg)
10 Dips
10 Russian Twists
10 Burpees
10 Side Lunges (per leg)
10 Wide Push Ups
10 Lying Leg Raises
Rest 60-90 seconds
Repeat 2-3x
Stick to this workout for a minimum of 3-4 weeks for best results.  
Remember girls, consistency is key!
