Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days.

Refunds & exchanges are not available.

All orders are processed as soon as they are received and shipped within 1-2 business days from which the order was placed.

Priority & express shipping orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped the same day / after 12PM EST will ship the following business day.

All pre-orders will be shipped on or around the date listed in the items description.

Disclaimer: If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once your pre-order becomes available.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled - there are no exceptions.

If you would still like to return the item once received, it may be returned if in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. If you believe that you have a received the wrong item or if the item received is damaged or defective, we must be notified within 24 hours from the date and time on which the order was delivered.  Please send us an email to customerservice@shopthemodernminx.com & be sure to include your name and order number.

No, unfortunately at this time we are unable to apply a promo code towards purchases made using store credit.  If a free shipping offer is available at the time of purchase, the order total must meet or exceed the minimum order threshold (after any applicable store credit has been applied) to qualify for said free shipping offer.  Exceptions will not be made.

Don’t panic, sign up for our email notifications to be the first to know when items are restocked.

It is also possible that your current address does not match the billing address listed for the card provided.

If a pending transaction is displaying twice on your account, please know you will not be charged twice for your purchase.

One of the pending transactions will automatically be removed by your bank within 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once for your purchase.

This can occur if the “confirm” button is clicked multiple times during checkout.
