When will my order ship?
- All orders are processed as soon as they are received and shipped within 1-2 days from which the order was placed.
- Priority & express shipping orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped the same day / after 12PM EST will ship the following business day.
When will my preorder ship?
- All pre-orders will be shipped on or around the date listed in the items description.
- Disclaimer: If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once your pre-order becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled - there are no exceptions.
- If you would still like to return the item once received, it may be returned if in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Can I use store credit with a promo code?
- No, unfortunately at this time we are unable to apply a promo code towards purchases made using store credit.

- It is also possible that your current address does not match the billing address listed for the card provided.
Why was my card charged twice?
- If a pending transaction is displaying twice on your account, please know you will not be charged twice for your purchase.
- One of the pending transactions will automatically be removed by your bank within 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once for your purchase.
- This can occur if the “confirm” button is clicked multiple times during checkout.
